Axxess and Cell C LTE

Been without any internet service from Friday the 14th of December. Phoned them on Saturday the 15th and was told the service is down for maintenance. Phoned them on the 16th and was told their engineers are working on it. Phoned them on the 17th and they gave me new profile settings, that did not work and I was told they have to escalate the problem.... They asked me for my router info and now it has been more than 24hours and still no communication from them.

And no contact from Cell C LTE at all. This is really the worst service ai have ever had with a internet service provider.

This is just absolutely ridiculous..

Five days without any internet.
