AXXESS ALSO ****MING

I opened a Telkom LTE agreement with Axxess on 13 Feb 2024 and cancelled it on 23 Feb 2024 as I immediately upgraded to a larger MTN LTE contract with Axxess. I realise that the Telkom agreement had to run for 2-3 months and accepted that. I send a mail to the Axxess account department on 4 June explaining the situation. NO reaction to date!! Now Axxess informs me that it can only be cancelled end July 2024, R900 later. These people also **** people with extra months being added and billed accordingly.
