Axxess ADSL Premium Uncapped package untruthful

Utterly disappointed with Axxess internet service. We've been with them for the past 2 and a half years and everything just going down hill. Paying for a service Premium uncapped now bare in mind we were advised upon taking out this package it's unshapped and unthrottled oh wow ya right. Quick to make a buck but the service is poor and pathetic with lame excuses how the heck. Every month axxess throttle our line it is frustrating because they doing this to loyal paying customers. Really Axxess you class yourselves alongside big ISP's but the service experience is contradictory to what you offer!!!! So put our money where your mouth is and pull up your service to us. Honestly can't wait to move from this ISP once our fibre lines installed because keeping axxess is a absolute no from us. If they can't even maintain a adsl line well this speaks for itself. Tired of calling 3 to 4 times a in a month to agents whose just looking to shift the blame on the customer oh heck no but our money is good enough. Axxess isn't so much of an axxess more of a pain.
