AXXESS ADSL Port Elizabeth - poor quality / poor service / No customer service

AXXESS ADSL - SHOCKING SERVCE I purchased a Business - requested Axxess ADSL to change only the email address so as to send me the invoices monthly - to pay They say due to the popi act only the previous owner can do this - and ignored my mail. So I'm trying to Pay my account - have no invoice and they then cut the internet to my business - costing me customers and losses The quality of their service follow up and reasoning is absolutely *******. A PTY does not need permission of a previous owner to change a email address - just a copy and ID's of the current members is all required Sadly I will not recommend them at all. Wake up AXXESS -
