Axxess Accounts Department causing Clients to cancel!

The worst experience I have ever had! Moving my line from one building to another at the same address after more then 2 years with Axxess was an absolute nightmare with their accounts department making mistake after mistake, resulting in me cancelling which they also can not get right. These sharks are now forcing me to pay them a R500 cancellation fee to release my line sothat a new Service Provider can connect me.
