Axxess are ***** be aware they are selling burstable lines not full speed packages for eg i have a 250mbps line with metro they are giving a 30Mbps line with a burst of 250mbps so as soon as the line maxing at 30 for longer that 25 - 45 second it drops from 280 to 30 and will stay there until the line returns to 25 mpbs or lower for more that 25 to 45 seconds speed will return to 280Mbps

they are doing this to make more profits eg

Metro line Cost 250Mbps - R500 Axess bandwidth cost R8 Per mbps x 250mbps 1:10 R2000 ÷ 10 = R200

Profit on the package R190

but if they can now give you 30mbps when you pay for 250Mbps their profits go to.

Metro line Cost 250Mbps - R500 Axess bandwidth cost R8 Per mbps x 30 mbps 1:10 R240 ÷ 10 = R24

Profit now is R366

and technically they cant get reported to ispa or icasa due to they are giving more that 25 mbps on a broadband service which is "acceptable" please i ask everyone to copy this and send it to icasa and ispa to put a stop to these *******.
