AXXES MOBILE SERVICE TERRIBLE!!!!!

I purchased a sim card from axxess with a data contract for my son at university. The simcard is in my name, as well as my VAT number, as well as my income tax number. I attached everything they asked online on the profile to proof my RICA status. As I do not live with my son at university, they now refuse to deliver this simcard to him, the card has now to be "rica'd" to him. Isn't that *****? The invoice in my name and the simcard on his name? I've sent every proof they needed. With his ID as well, so they don't deliver this simcard to the wrong person. At first, after a long waiting period, I had to phone and ask when this card will be delivered. Now, once it was there at his place, it seems this card cannot be deliverd, because of this RICA problem.

My question, when all the documents was attached, why did nobody phone me to ask why the documents address and the delivery address is different, then I could have corrected this???????????????? Only once the courier company was there to deliver the card, this guy, Ndudusi from CCD Courier refused to deliver this card to my son, even after he gave them all the documents he asked.

I phone axxess call centre once agian, where I spoke to Bongi. This the only available number, but still no-one can help me. I have to be *****ilent to receive this sim card, it seems, because I want the card in Potchefstroom and I live on a farm in Ottosdal.

Don't do bussiness with this people, it will give you much trouble!
