Axxes LTE routers no delivery

I have emailed and emailed regarding the delivery date of my router. They just keep coming back with their response about a backlog. When I asked them if there is a way my order can be tracked to see when I will get my router. They gave me their supplier's email address. I mailed them and all I get is a response saying I don't have the necessary proviledges to open a query. People ordered at Afrihost later than I ordered at Axxess and they have received their router. I am still waiting and Axxess can give me no answer.
