Axxes fibre is a ****

Fibre from axxes is a ****. I took a 50mbs fibre line from axxess but my internet speed is as low as 7mbs download and 6mbs upload when I do a sped test and when trying to download files I don't even get to 1mbs. support is toiling me around telling me to send emails.
