Axxes Fibre has horrible customer service

Honestly have never experienced such horrible service as I have with this fiber company. It took 2 weeks for them to fully install my WiFi after making me wait several weeks to allocate someone to actually install the fibre box. Just when I thought everything was sorted, I’ve spent the past 2 days without WiFi and rather than actually reporting the issue to Octotel and sending someone to resolve the issue like the keep saying they will, they keep asking me to restart the router and send them pictures of the issue which they claim to not be receiving any of this.
