Axess needs intervention

Axess is the worst isp they have deducted my money which I paid we was told to pay via easy pay we tried to pay numerous times we had no joy by just error we made numerous calls and emails still no help to connect the wifi and we are told we need to pay which our account was in advance I did request for a refund which did not happen it feels like we are being de*****ed and no one helps us in that company please assist us unhappy customers
