Axess fibre

These are a bunch of clowns. My fibre line has been down for 7 days today (the Axxess fibre box seeing a wrong IP address from Octotel) and all the support call centre does is:"We will get back to you with feedback." and "Send us a photo of the ipconfig." (done 6 times) Still awaiting feedback. Stay away from this company if you need any kind of relaible fibre service.
