Axcess wifi

Worst service ever I went through axxess on mweb they phne me to say the line has been activated bt when I got home it was still not working spending countless hours on the phne to sort it out bt can't the invoice me from the line was activated on a Tuesday .Friday I phned again bt they still want me to pay from when the line went active how the hel can you pay for something that's not working evens called them today they say I must pay from Tuesday pro rata it's almost 7 day that I must pay for fibre that I didn't use
