Axcess no support service

Signed for internet 1 week ago salesman Sameer did not advise of router as it already had a router. Had to pay for delivery of a router which took 4days then they cannot configure a router. I mean how useless is axxess. Any customer that's wants to sign with axxecess RUN RUN RUN. Pay little extra and go for different isp who has proper technical support and services. This company is actually robbing customers because after sign-up u have to beg for service. And worst part is the don't care attitude! I'm just waiting to cancell
