Awful service from Axxess

I have been a loyal customer of Axxess for many years. I ordered a fibre line. Order was confirmed. Fibre was never installed for over 1 month despite me having a line already inside my home. They chose to cancel the order rather than deliver. I was shocked at such poor service. I ordered a line from Vodacom and 1.5 weeks later fibre was live. Service has dropped and support awful from Axxess.
