Awful service

What a unprofessional company… no communication with there clients… they will put you internet off if your are one day late with a payment, but never respond to a customer service call or email… our internet has been off since Wednesday with no communication from this company… I have never received such awful service in my life… Axxess and openserve are worse than our government regarding services.
