Awesome Service

There was a problem with my ADSL today, it wasn't down but extremely slow, and from what I understand was affecting quite a few customers. I contacted support telephonicaly about the problem a few times through the day and each time was amazed at the extremely positive and helpful service I got. Problems occur but the way you approach solving them makes the difference. This has always been the case over the past few years when I had a problem and I just wanted to give a big shout out to the Axxess Support team and say THANX! You guys prove great service still exist.
