AVOID AXXESS & VUMATEL COMBO - THEY BLAME EACH OTHER FOR ISSUES.

I signed up for Fibre about a month ago. It has been NOTHING but issues. After installation, it took Vumatel a full 5 days just to activate the line. During this time I phoned Axxess a couple of times because I could not get anybody at Vumatel to assist. I have spoken to probably 4 – 5 people at Axxess since I signed up if not more. I Always get the same answer. We will get back to you, they even read back my number knowing very well they are not going to provide feedback. I was even asked at one point to send proof that the line is not working properly. I have done so. I bought a 20mb line and hardly get 3mb. At the time of this writing there is no connection at all. The line is unstable when it actually works, but often there is no connection at all. Worst is none of these companies have any urgency to fix lines. It's broken and I have not even used it properly. This is literally *****ing money from a client as I have to pay for the service.

I explained to one of the guys at Axxess that they must please let me know what’s going on because I’m paying for a service I can’t use. I asked that he must please let me know as soon as possible or at least suspend the line until the can get it to work. Obviously, like many before him he never phoned back.

Eventually I spoke to a guy that said he must send my proof to somebody else blah blah blah. It’s literally been weeks of trying to get this connection to work. I have since gone back to my Telkom ADSL line and now pay for the worst service I have received in a long time. I blame both Axxess and Vumatel. At one point I spoke to a lady at Vumatel, how says its Axxess, Axxess says it’s Vumatel.

Vumatel, I can understand the service I get from you. Anybody considering them, look at their reviews. Before you sign up to any of their services, first Google “Vumatel Reviews”, trust me you WILL regret it. They have the worst service imaginable. In regards to Axxess, I can’t believe they gave me service like this. I have been with them for years and have referred LOTS of people to them. The service I got from them with this issue is no better than Vumatel. What a pity. You used to be a service provider I loved. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am…

I have sent multiple emails; I want EVERYBODY that worked on my issues names. Both Axxess & Vumatel. I will take this to ICASA.

I moved away from Telkom to get better service... I was wrong!
