Avoid Axxess Internet - Terrible service

<p>I have been telling everyone to join Axxess last year as I believed they were great. What a mistake.</p> <p>Since January this year I had the worst service. I have been overcharged every single month. Sometimes by as much as R250 because they cannot do their job properly or they are *****s. If I was one of those people that dont check I would have lost a lot of money. For one dispute I was oversees and had to send 12 emails to them to explain to them how they are over charging me as the accounts people can obviously not do basic calculations and figure it out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also tried to change my line speed and they said it will take 2-7 days. It took 40 days. I made multiple calls and email to Axxess and started dealing with Telkom dirctly as they didnt seem to care to do it for me. After all they are my service provider but dont ask for service...</p>
