AVOID AXXESS- Empty promises and no customer services !

If you are looking for an ISP to handle any of your services - AVOID AXXESS. Empty promises on their website about customer services etc etc. No idea how they receive their ratings, but they are definitely not worth moving to. My Line has been down for 3 weeks with not a single update unless I called and escalated. Line is still down and now I have decided to cancel. Their don't care attitude and management will definitely be their downfall!. Cant get any worse than this!
