As bad as it gets.

My ADSL was bad. But my fibre by Axxess is way worse. I'm paying for 10 up and down but it is so slow that I can't even do a proper speed test. Less than 0.03 up or down. Their customer/technical service is unable to cope with all the complaints and is incapable of fixing anything.
