Been with Axxess for more that 5 years moved 2 times after initial sign up.1st move Frogoot send technicians out and all was fine with my line.Then the dreadfull move in November 2023 came and they sent Vox out to install my line.

From Day the issues started with intermittent drops and speed issues.Axxess upgrade and charge me more without me even asking but still my line speed does not reach the 400mb as advertised i barely get 200mb.

When you ask for a fault to be reported and a technician come they insists the problem is on your side and close the ticket and carry on charging you monthly.

Please do not use this ISP as they are the absolute worst
