Appalling service from Axxess regarding slow speeds

Internet speeds on a 100MB up/down line was hovering around 0.79MB/s for more than 2 months, via Vumatel line. Made more than 15 calls to get someone to see me. Also logged calls, they respond to a ticket, 8 hours later with the request for more info, when you send them that info, screenshots, pictures etc, they will reply in 8 to 10 hours with a request for more info. They had me unplug, reset, test, ping, take screenshots and pictures but still refused to get someone to me. I finally just gave up and will be moving to their competitors this month.
