Appalling service delivery and sub-standard support

I have been dealing with Axxess for 4 years and have noticed a rapid decline over the past 5 months in their ability to service and support their network of service providers. The call centre agents are not sufficiently trained, and often give the wrong recommendations on their idea of a resolution to a problem. Technical issues that are logged are never followed up and resolved. I would strongly urge anyone wanting to go through Axxess to either go directly though the vendor offering the service or choose another service provider.
