APPALING SERVICE BY AXXESS.CO.ZA

I am a client number 023595 of Axxess.co.za, the ISP. 9 days ago, my e-mails were down for 4 days, with all e-mails sent by my clients were bouncing back to them as sent to non-existent addresses. My website has been down for 9 days now. There has been no alert or explanation by the ISP.

Seven days ago when I queried, this was their response:

I wasn't informed in advance that their servers would be updated and I would not receive service for over 9 days.
