*********** and useless after sales assistance

Very bad after sale customer service. I moved house recently and tried connecting my new fiber line with no success. After spending countless hours on the phone with multiple agents, no one can assist me, all giving me the same advice (which has been tried multiple times without success). When i tried to cancel the activation, no one responds to emails, and again when phoning, one only gets transferred from one agent to another unable to assist one.
