Always something wrong

I recently had a frustrating experience with Axxess that I feel compelled to share. I app**** for a new line, but they mistakenly put it on the wrong profile. Now, I’m being told I have to reapply, despite the fact that this was their error.

To make matters worse, when I called customer support for help, the representative sounded irritated by my request for assistance. It’s disappointing to feel like I'm not valued as a customer, especially since I have multiple lines with them.

There always seems to be something wrong, and getting help takes days. I had high hopes for Axxess, but their service has been consistently below par. I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
