Allmost ever 2 - 3 days problems

For a while now every week I report problems that I cannot use my internet or it really really slow. I have a 4mb line (which I pay for every month) but never see it. For the past 24 hours I cannot use it at all!! And still they deduct all their money on monthly basis. When ever a ticket is logged for faults some close them but problem was not resolved. Getting really pi.......d of this
