All about money and poor customer service

Customer service seriously needs reviewing and training. A series of administrative issues persists, and their inability to function promptly results in the extension of services that you do not need, even after cancellation well in advance. This behaviour says they are about collecting money from customers, no matter what the cost. They continue to fail to resolve minor administrative issues and refuse to accept when they are wrong.
