Accounts dept most horrible experience

M very disappointed, actually fuming!! First of all I signed for a month to month fiber agreement, in February 2021 I d could not pay & my services were cut. End of February I was required to pay for February which I did not receive service for,only to be told that the invoice for February had already been sent and I have to pay for the invoice, I never signed for invoice payment but for service. On February 26 I paid for the February and March after receiving feedback of how much I should pay to have my services for March. Yesterday, 29March I paid my invoice for April services. Today I received a SMS for debt collection handed in last week by Axxexes for R1159 !!! For what!! When I call them they seem not to know how that collections came to be!! Who is going to clear my listing for that? Why am I listed for collections?? I would never refer anyone to have this month to month agreement with Axxexes, not after all I'm going through with them. Never!!
