Accounts department incompetency of highest level!!

After paying for a service I never received,billed for February when I was cut off , then blacklisted for a bill that they could not explain where it came from ,then I'm cut off from service that I paid for, what incompetence and why would I stay as a your customer!! You guys are worse than a pandemic!! There is absolutely no word to describe the lunacy and incompetence on your accounts department!! I WILL MOT BE YOUR CUSTOMER EVEN IF YOU WERE THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER LEFT IN THE WORLD!! UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! Be warned , do not get AXXEXES for your goodness sake people. I am cancelling my account, and you have no penalties against me, I actually should sue you for inconvenience. Worst nightmare!
