Absolutle the Best service and priced ADSL

<p>After it took me 6 weeks and 100 of unhelpful telephone calls just to get an Telkom line installed...I was dreading to contact Telkom again to ask them to activate an ADSL line for me, which I was told will take up to 4 weeks to get.</p> <p>It took 3 phone calls to Axxess and was all done/activated in 2 days!!!</p> <p>1st call - asked for help and it was quite unbelievebale to find out, not only can they do everything for me straight away, but it was also going to cost me a lot less than going directly with Telkom, or MWeb or Vox Telecom.</p> <p>2nd call - confirm line active, they knew who I was, without me having to give my ID, Home Address, Bank Account, Blood type AND they did not need to transfer me to any other departments to tell me what will happen next. Very, very efficient, helpful, friendly and quick.</p> <p>3rd call - absolutely stunning help to get me to self-install and activate my WiFi / Internet / ADSL...I got through to technical in just a few rings. The guy was so reassuring, even though I had no clue what I was doing and so patient. When the call was dropped, he phone me back straight away. AND he stuck with me, until everything was more than perfect.</p> <p>Service like this is unheard of in this day and ages!!! I am so, so grateful and extremely surprise.</p> <p>Best product, best service all round fantastic !!!</p> <p> </p>
