Absolutely USELESS!!

An absolutely TERRIBLE company to deal with. I tried to order a new LTE product. I had to send numerous emails for a week before anyone responded. Then they sent me from one person to another. They cannot even answer simple questions and simply ignore you. ***********! If a company cannot even provide proper service when you order a new product then you must know you will get ******* after sale service. Never again will I deal with this useless company!
