ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST internet service provider. STAY AWAY, I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!! I have been trying to cancel my account with them for the past 6 months. I can never get through at the call center I must have been on hold for a good FEW HOURS in total. I have sent emails to the support email explaining that I would like my account to be cancelled, all I received back was an automated response saying that would be in contact with me. I have sent more than 50 emails all with automated responses, with NO ACTUAL response. I'm sure I must have been clogging up there inbox with all the emails I was sending. I finally, after 6 months of waiting, get a response saying I have to log in and cancel it from there. I do this only to find they have locked me out my account and now cannot access my account. The whole time this is going on they have still been deducting the monthly amount from me. So I am now at a loss. They DO NOT CARE about there customers I am now going the legal route to have all my money returned to me. BE WARNED THIS BUSINESS IS A ****!!!
