ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE

Having endless fibre issues, Axxess is the ISP but always unable to assist. what's the point of being an ISP if you have to wait for feedback from Zoom each time???

what's worst is days of no service and i don't even get a credit. seems all of south Africa does the same thing now. charge you for service delivery but cannot deliver!!!
