Absolutely pathetic

Reallydon't know where to complain anymore as Axxess just straight up ignores my concerns and closes my tickets without any resolution. This is the worst customer service ever. I subscribed to a Cell C LTE package from them and have had nothing but issues ever since. It really seems as if their support team does not have a clue about the product or how to support it. Every time I tell them what the issue is, they keep repeating the same troubleshooting steps over and over again. When I tell them that we already went through this, they just repeat it again and close the ticket. When asking them why the ticket is being closed, they just ignore that message and close it again. I am so fed up. I am on "LTE" but keep getting speeds of 8mbps which is not LTE speeds. I am well within the coverage map. PLEASE do not ever use Axxess as they could not care any less about their customers or resolving issues.
