Absolutely horrific service from them

Absolutely horrific service from them. I have app**** for my line well in advanced through a consultant Lechae in the middle of March. Not a new line ...just transferring to my name as I stay in the same house. They cancelled the existing line and left me without a line up until now...getting feedback out of them is asking for a miracle.
