Absolutely Frustrating

Took my fibre thru axxess last year,from december its connected without internet,no internet sometimes over a week call axxess and its the same story they working on it,it goes on and on. Then it works for a day or two and its the same story,connected without internet,call again its the same story,its Zoom has and issue and goes on and on with no joy. We paying for a service we not receiving.Whats the use,Pathetic.
