ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

Still nothing has been done to correct the issue of half Internet access. They not care about their clients or their reputation. They fix one thing only to disconnect the rest. I am still waiting for a technician that they guaranteed last week. Again nothing. This is unacceptable service. Sorry absolutely no service is delivered from their side. I would close my doors if my business could not deliver what they guarantee. Pathetic does not begin to describe the experience with this company. They make sure that they get their payment every month. Not half a payment for half access but the full amount for not doing their jobs. Seems as if they are just there for payments and nothing else.
