absolutely appalling service

This is now beyond ridiculous how am I suppose to get this matter sorted when I can't even get through to speak to accounts. Stop taking my money for a service I'm not using. I now demand refunding of the two debits. I am beyond ****ed and angry at your pathetic service. Don't reply and tell me to call in cause I'm not willing to sit 20 mins on the line again and I'm told the same story and nothing becomes of it.
