ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT, DON'T BOTHER

I have never felt the need to review a company as much as I do this one. ABSOLUTELY RIDICILOUS. Do NOT sign up for anything with them. I have a subscription for a domain name and ever since I signed up, it's been a ****ing disaster. Every month I receive emails saying I need to pay and when I email back I get an automated response giving me a ****ing ticket number. I have NEVER received a response to my concerns or clarifications. I set up a debit order the moment I signed up with them and they have NEVER allocated the debit order even thought I phoned them about 10 different times and they told me it's verified and it will go off. The unavailability of staff is so ridiculous. I cannot recommend than less. Wish there was a -5 star!!!!!!!
