A One-stop frustration centre. Axxess are trying to distribute too many products, and do a lousy job of it. Look elsewhere for service.

If frustration is your thing, Axxess is your dream come true. A simple thing like a replacement SIM card has become a nightmare. A zealous help desk rewarded by closing tickets and moving on, has been zero help. Having gone through multiple help operators, the WhatsApp channel etc, I’ve asked for my service to be cancelled. I’ve received zero value, paid for months of unused service, and now am dealing with a lengthy termination notice period “because those are our terms and conditions”. My terms are that I should receive a SIM card that works (replacement nogal). But this appears to be unreasonable.
