A huge warning to anybody thinking of using Axxess

Yet another terrible review for Axxess... honestly, I don't know how this place is still able to do business.

To top things off, over and above just bad service - thier support staff member exited a chat session with me early because I asked her a difficult question. She was not helpful at all, very slow to resapond and basically just a waste of time to deal with. Not to mention I had to wait over 50 minutes to have that useless conversation.

A huge warning to anybody thinking of using Axxess or whoever is already using them. Your risk of extended and unexplained downtime on your websites and email address will be high. This has been my experience. Today is just another example, No access to emails at all, and guess what this much downtime does for SEO??!!??

Thanks for nothing Axxess, it is what you seem to do best.
