A DISGUSTING MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY THAT DONT GIVE TWO ****S ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I am disgusted by the service that I have been getting from this company! Stay away! The dont care about their customers. All they care about is making money!!

I signed up to Axxess for fibre, they were very eager to sign me up. I have to admit that I did not know that they charge pro rata. After I found out that this is how they operate I was happy to cancel my service with them. They then sent me another invoice for cancellation which came to R499. Even if I pay this they can only cancel the service end of September! Which means that I wont be able to get another service provider until then. The are literally keeping me hostage! I quote, my service has been active since the 5th of August... A service that I am not able to access at all! I regret signing up! They have not given me an inch of customer service! Non whatsoever!!!!!!!! AXXESS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
