A Bunch of ********** and ********

If my experience is anything to go by, this company is a bunch of ********** and ********.

I signed up with them about a month ago and purchased a router, which I have yet to receive, despite being assured that I would have it within five working days (which was seven working days ago). Having failed to deliver the means, they then tried to charge me for services I was unable to access. When I raised an objection, they sent me an email threatening to cancel my services. When I objected more stringently, they responded to the effect of "we have never received any money from you. Your order has been cancelled." There's approximately R300 I won't see again.

Having had a month wasted, I'm going to try Afrihost, a service provider known to be legitimate and reliable.
