As IT Administrator ive NEVER seen service like this before. The whole fact that they think every and anyone they deal with is stupid enough to believe their excuses is beyond me. They supply fibre and they think telling me that the "high site" is without power therefore my internet is down (every weekend) is beyond me if you EVER think of getting internet from them run like hell from your ignorance because they are the true meaning of uselessness and you will waste your money and time as they are expensive and useless all rolled up in a neat little ball of lies.
