7 days later, still no response

One week ago I contacted Axxess via email and received an automated reply,but today 7 days later, I still wasn't contacted. I feel that my line could have been hacked. I would really appreciate if Axxess can comeback to me. I am now an almost 2 year old Fibre client, and never missed a payment or pay late. I would appreciate the once a year I have a problem, that it would rep**** to. Thanks!!!
