Very bad service from the 1st may 2024 am having issue .They always have issues or long que of uvrequest a call back.Today is the 6th my issue never been resolved. The agent is a waste of time even worst the technical team .Can even get to a manager to adress the issue .It's very pathetic for internet service .How many call I had made to get through them still never been resolves.who will pay my phone bills take 20 to 30 minutes to get hold of the department must pay that and for internet which hardly am using coz the issue am having .very very bad service.
