4 weeks later and still no domain transfered!

4 weeks ago I transfered my business domain from Afrihost to Axxess (which I later learned are the same company). This is the same domain which we use for all email communications. Every timeI query this, over 23 times, they always come back with another lame excuse. I am so incredibly frustrated. I honestly thought that Axxess and Afrihost were the standard bearers in the hosting, ADSL & ISP industry. but now they've proven they're no better than Telkom or MTN.<br> How can it be acceptable that a domain takes this long? Even a few days would have been prohibitive.
