4 days without access to axxess..... Call Centre hopeless

Absolute shoddy treatment at your Call Centre!! We have been complaining at your contact centre since last Sunday night, about not being able to send or receive our emails. We have been with you guys for over 20 years and have never had a problem till now. All my husband gets from 5 different call centre agents is that they dont know what the problem is and say they will escalate it. Reference calls are given but nothing else. Spending hours on the phone explaining your self again again is a total waste of time. Please guys fix it!
